Employers may lack know-how to develop wellness programs

Despite data on the benefits of employee wellness programs, many employers may not have the resources or knowledge to create one, writes Gary Levine of GS Levine Commercial Insurance Services. He writes that the "art form" of wellness is getting employees to voluntarily participate, and that programs should encompass total wellness so workers take responsibility for what they can control, such as blood pressure, stress and smoking.
