Long-haul sales up as Norwegian Air waits for 787s

Norwegian Air says demand for its Scandinavia-to-Asia routes has been higher than expected. Meanwhile, the airline will use its A340 aircraft to fly from Oslo to New York City’s John F. Kennedy airport starting 30 May. The Boeing 787 was originally intended to fly the route; the carrier still intends to launch three 787s later this year.
