Va. congressman: U.S. to see shift to sea defense

Defense via seapower will be the key in U.S. military strategy in coming years, says Rep. Randy Forbes, R-Va., and it's important that the nation have the right mix of ships and weaponry to support that. "We believe the last 10 years was a disproportionate sacrifice on the part of the Army and Marine Corps. We think that over the next two or three decades we're going to have to have seapower and projection forces done correctly."
