Alaska air taxi opens up remote areas of Denali National Park

K2 Aviation was founded by partners Kitty Banner and Kimball Forest in 1980. Based in Talkeetna, Alaska, K2 carries passengers to Mt. McKinley and other remote locations in Denali National Park. "There are 6 million acres in the park that we share with visitors every year. It's a trip of a lifetime for people, and we don't forget that," said Suzanne Rust, operations manager. The Rust family purchased K2 Aviation in the 1990s.
