Magazine ad pages fell 4% in Q1

Magazine advertising pages dipped during the first quarter of 2014, with the biggest hits in retail and tech advertising. "When you look across 186 magazines, one of the biggest declines, in retail, was due to two accounts pulling back. There's a lot of noise underneath the numbers both good and bad,” said Mary Berner, CEO of The Association of Magazine Media.
