SpaceX works on relaunchable rockets

This month, SpaceX will launch a rocket carrying a cargo bound for the International Space Station that will be different from others. This rocket is meant to land carefully on legs instead of plummeting into the sea, the first step toward reusable rockets that can lower the cost of spaceflight.
