Merck to offer drug discount card for uninsured

Drugmaker Merck says it is launching a card offering discounts on its drugs to people without insurance, regardless of their income or age. The card, which will offer discounts of 15% to 40% on drugs, will be available April 25 and comes as drugmakers face criticism that their products are too expensive.
