Study: Med diet can protect against Alzheimer's

Researchers say they found that besides protecting against heart disease, a Mediterranean-style diet makes its practitioners 40% less likely to develop Alzheimer's than those who mostly avoided the diet. While more research is needed, one Alzheimer's expert says the study is among the most convincing in showing a correlation of diet to Alzheimer's risk.
