Tropicana garage collapse results in $101 million settlement

Litigants in the partial collapse of the Tropicana resort garage in Atlantic City, N.J., in 2003 have agreed to a $101 million settlement, considered one of the largest settlements ever for a construction accident. The collapse killed four workers, and as many as 40 lawsuits were filed as a result of the collapse.
