Mortgage delinquencies decline for second straight month

Mortgage delinquencies fell for a second straight month in March, according to a report by LPS Applied Analytics. Mortgages that were 30 days or more late declined 8.6% last month. "We're not out of the woods, but this appears to be a turning point," LPS Applied Analytics President Ted Jadlos said. "This is the first time we've seen improvement across all stages of mortgage delinquency."
