Multivitamins, calcium supplements may cut breast cancer risk

A study found that multivitamin use is associated with about a 30% reduced risk of breast cancer, while calcium supplement intake is linked to a 40% reduced risk. The researchers noted that the effect was seen with multivitamins, not with single vitamins.
