Parents of students at a Baltimore charter school are upset about the planned closure of the school's health center because of budget cuts. Parents say the center -- one of six across the city to lose funding for health centers -- is essential to students' well-being. "This is going to be devastating," the president of the school's parent-teacher group said. "We're trying to teach our children, get them to school -- we can't be the doctors and nurses in the school, too."
