Retirement planning is rough for small-business owners, employees

Most small businesses don't offer retirement plans to their workers, and the great majority of small-business owners don't participate in a plan primarily because of cost and complexity. Retirement plans need to be made cheaper to establish and manage and easier to understand in order to ensure business owners and their employees are prepared for retirement, Scott Shane writes.
