Agreement on $2.4 billion casino brings workers back

Revel Entertainment Group, Tishman Construction and the South Jersey Building and Construction Trades Council signed a project-labor agreement that means work on Revel's $2.4 billion casino in Atlantic City, N.J., can resume. The move will bring back laid-off construction workers. Revel has already hired about 1,800 workers and is slated to add about 700 more.
