European asset manager sues 12 banks over LIBOR

Austrian asset manager FTC Capital and two of its funds sued 12 banks worldwide, claiming they collaborated to manipulate the London Interbank Offered Rate. FTC Capital said banks in Europe, Japan and the U.S. artificially depressed LIBOR during the financial crisis and restricted trades in derivatives based on the benchmark.
