Patient surveys help doctors stay ahead of CMS rules

Physicians may want to conduct patient satisfaction surveys on their own, prior to Medicare regulations that will integrate patient experiences into provider payments. Physicians can hire a vendor to conduct a survey or create one themselves, drawing from a free download of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Clinician & Group survey from the HHS.
