Photo of kissing men sparks a Facebook uproar

Facebook removed -- and then replaced -- a picture of two men kissing that one user posted as his profile picture. Facebook initially said the photo violated its "Statement of Rights and Responsibilities" policy that forbids images containing nudity or sexually suggestive content. The photo of the fully clothed kissing men was being used as a reference to a "kiss-in" at a U.K. bar after two men were ejected from a pub for kissing. Facebook later apologized for taking the picture down.
