ABTA chief: Passenger-centered aviation strategy is key

Passenger convenience and affordability should be at the heart of the U.K. government's efforts to improve the airport experience, ABTA CEO Mark Tanzer says. Speaking at the Transport Times Conference, he said that ensuring access to local airports, resiliency in the face of service disruptions, and ease of passage through airports are commitments that the government should make to passengers.
