DKSH debuts confectionery innovation center in Taiwan

DKSH has opened an innovation center in Taipei, Taiwan, to develop concepts and formulas for confectioners and bakers who cater to the Taiwanese market. "With the rising middle class in Asia, there is growing demand for premium and healthier products, which generates naturally the demand for innovative ingredients in Taiwan," said Leng Stricker, communications manager.
