Hispanics and singles are changing food retail, report says

A report from the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association says the food-retail landscape is changing, as Hispanic and single-person households increase. The report also notes that baby boomers are retiring later and seeking healthful food, and millennials have 11% more buying power than baby boomers did when they were young.
