More airlines are choosing tablets for in-flight entertainment

Two airlines will soon be adding repurposed tablet computers to their in-flight entertainment options, according to specialist provider Mezzo. The two airlines were not specified, but U.K. budget airline easyJet is already renting Mezzo's repurposed Samsung Galaxy tablets, which feature new patent-pending cases designed to protect the tablets from damage or hacking and give customers numerous connected or offline opportunities for shopping and entertainment.
