NeuroMetrix has submitted to the FDA an application seeking 510(k) clearance for its SENSUS device, which uses nerve stimulation to treat chronic pain less invasively. The device is targeted for market release in the fourth quarter, said Thomas Higgins, the company's chief financial officer.
