New book highlights Mexican food, including Taco Bell

Gustavo Arellano says Taco Bell is just as important as "classic" recipes when it comes to the rise in popularity of Mexican cuisine. In his new book, "Taco USA," the blogger and food writer traces the history of Mexican food and its takeover of American plates. "I still have my problems with Taco Bell ... But in doing the research for this book I realized, yeah, that's a type of Mexican food," Arellano concludes.
