Obama is criticized for Keystone XL veto threat

Sen. Dick Lugar, R-Ind., criticized the Obama administration for threatening to veto a House highway bill that contains language to streamline the approval process for TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline. President Barack Obama is "on the wrong side of energy security, on the wrong side of private job creation and on the wrong side of addressing high gas prices," Lugar said.
