Phoenix mixologists cook up clever cocktails

Cocktails using local ingredients are making a splash in Phoenix. Locally grown citrus and other produce are making their way into concoctions like bartender Jason Asher's beet and yuzu gimlet. The Citizen Public House in nearby Scottsdale features a "three hour margarita" that combines ingredients in a cold-drip coffee maker.
