Proposed cruise-ship measures will come under panel's evaluation

A panel of maritime and safety experts appointed by the Cruise Lines International Association will assess a set of recommended policy changes governing cruise-ship safety that were made in light of the Costa Concordia tragedy in January. That grounding has led to a comprehensive safety review by the association, as well as a string of proposals for safety best practices.
