Restaurants seek help from culinary consultants

A growing number of Philadelphia-area restaurants are hiring culinary consultants to help them with everything from creating new dishes to solving problems before they get out of control. Consultants are often experienced chefs, managers and other industry veterans who want to use their expertise but no longer crave the rigors of running a restaurant full time.
