Study: Most SMBs don't link to their social profiles

Less than a fifth of small- and medium-sized businesses include links to their Facebook pages on their branded websites, and links to their Twitter and LinkedIn profiles are even less common, according to an SMB DigitalScape analysis. That suggests the companies could be doing more to guide and engage with consumers to maximize e-commerce conversion, argues BIA/Kelsey President Neal Polachek.
