Kuwait gives $275 million to UN agencies serving Syria

Kuwait is giving $275 million to the United Nations for humanitarian aid in Syria. "Without the Kuwait timely contribution now, we would all be in extreme difficulties, immediately," says Antonio Guterres, UN high commissioner for refugees.
