Experts: Post-Columbine school security needs improvements

Five years after the tragedy in Columbine, the Christian Science Monitor finds the state of school security today to be mixed. While federal studies indicate a decline in the incidents of violence has occurred between 1999 and 2001, officials are worried about this year's spike in school-related violent deaths and what they believe to be widespread complacency about preparedness.
