Teacher pals lured by bonus pay head to troubled schools

The appeal of a 10% bonus for those willing to work under challenging conditions has dramatically boosted the number of nationally certified teachers in the Hillsborough, Fla., school system's poorest schools. Five such teachers who left their former schools for the incentive pay take pride in the progress their new students have made this year.
