Cybercolleges buying out online high schools

Kaplan earlier this month acquired Sagemont Virtual, a company that runs the private University of Miami Online High School, while the company behind the University of Phoenix recently spent more than $15 million for Insight Schools, an online charter in Washington state. The trend worries some educators.
