Average pay for IT skills down 0.5% last quarter, study finds

Overall pay for IT skills dipped 0.5% in the first quarter of 2009, according to a new study by Foote Partners. The report listed the average pay for those with PowerBuilder skills as falling the furthest, 50%, and pay for those with Linux skills as rising by the greatest amount, 28.6%.
