Predictions point to milder hurricane season

Researchers say lower water temperatures will mean a milder hurricane season this year. Forecaster WSI says there will be 11 named storms, including six hurricanes, while Colorado State University predicts 12 named storms and six hurricanes. WSI says only two of those storms are expected to become major hurricanes, with sustained winds faster than 110 mph.
