Students with disabilities compete in Los Angeles science fair

Thirteen students with special needs entered the Los Angeles County science fair for the first time. The students tested the differing tastes, smells and appearances of organically and conventionally grown bananas, tomatoes and green beans. More than 1,000 students compete annually at the fair.
