Bonds soften as SEC investigates, sues Goldman Sachs:

Corporate and bank bonds are weakening despite increasing signs of an economic recovery. Uncertainty created by the Securities and Exchange Commission's investigation into Goldman Sachs is seen as a reason. Goldman might have to repay $1 billion in investor losses if it loses the SEC's lawsuit, said Guy LeBas, chief fixed-income strategist at Janney Capital Markets.
