Officials break ground on Mississippi River bridge

Illinois and Missouri officials and Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood ceremoniously broke ground in St. Louis on a new bridge over the Mississippi River -- even though construction got started weeks ago. The $670 million span will be the city's first new bridge over the river in four decades and is expected to help untangle traffic.
