Regulators knew what was happening inside Lehman, Fuld says

Richard Fuld Jr., former chairman and CEO at Lehman Bros., is poised to testify before the House Financial Services Committee that the Federal Reserve and the Securities and Exchange Commission knew what was happening at the investment bank "in real time" before it collapsed. "The SEC and the Fed were privy to everything as it was happening," Fuld will testify, according to his prepared remarks. "I am not aware that any data was ever withheld from them, or that either of them ever asked for any information that was not promptly provided."
