Survey shows most agencies in sync with their clients

Nearly six in 10 top marketing executives have no plans to change agencies, and a majority also rank their shops as "pretty good" or "extremely valuable," a survey from the CMO Council has found. Fewer than one in 10 clients plan to switch ad agencies, 14% are looking for different PR representation, and 17% want to find new design and development shops, according to the poll.
