U.S.-Canadian pipeline could start deliveries in May

TransCanada's Keystone pipeline could start carrying Canadian crude oil to the U.S. as early as May 15, according to a filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The pipeline's oil-transport tariffs become effective on that date. Keystone is slated to reach capacity by the first quarter of next year, the filing added.
