Cleveland airport plans could open door to $1.6 billion project

Cleveland wants to boost its tourism industry -- and as a way to help that happen, a 24-year, $1.6 billion plan has been proposed that includes an overhaul to the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Work would include building a new cargo and maintenance area, expanding concourses and upgrading the airport's terminals, baggage screening and ticketing sections.
