Flood of SMB advertisers could lead to Twitter chaos

Twitter is hoping that smaller businesses will flock to its new self-serve ad platform -- but some analysts say the move could lead to "anarchy" and the "chaos of bidding inaccuracy." That's because small-business owners don't yet know the true value of a Twitter promotion, so they're more likely to pay an artificial premium that could inflate prices for all Twitter marketers.
