Judge: Sex-discrimination case against insurer will go to arbitration

A federal judge in Massachusetts has decided that a sex-discrimination case brought against Cigna Healthcare should be heard in arbitration. The case was brought by Bretta Karp, who alleged that she was discriminated against with regard to salary, title and promotion while working at the company.
