Neural stem cells can fight tumors outside nervous system, study finds

Researchers in Singapore showed that neural stem cells derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells can be used to treat breast cancer. The study was published in the journal Stem Cells and is the first to show neural cells can be used as a therapy for tumors outside the central nervous system.
