Survey looks at burnout among NICU workers

Rates of burnout among health care providers working at 44 neonatal intensive care units ranged from 7.5% to 54.4%, according to a survey released in the journal BMJ Quality & Safety. Among the respondents, doctors were less likely to report burnout than nonphysicians.
