Study: Some Medicaid patients on waiting lists for AIDS drugs

A U.S. study shows 11 states have placed some Medicaid patients on waiting lists for AIDS drugs because of a lack of funding. The Kaiser Family Foundation report counted 627 patients on waiting lists for AIDS drugs as of March, even though overall AIDS Drug Assistance Program funding increased by 11% last year.
