Report: Agency new business gains

Publicis Groupe led all major ad agency holding companies in net new business gains for 2005, more than doubling its growth to $7.8 billion in billings, according to a report from Merrill Lynch. Following Publicis in new business gains achieved last year were, in this order: Omnicom Group, WPP, Aegis and Havas; data for the Interpublic Group was not available.
