Small businesses holding on, expanding in sour economy

Unlike big business, small companies are trying to hold the line -- or even expand in the case of a retail executive firm in New Jersey or real estate investment firm in Dallas. Big companies in this economy have more pressure to cut jobs, says NFIB chief economist William Dunkelberg. But "Barbershops? Probably not. Hardware stores? Probably not," says Dunkelberg.
