U.S. begins work on security wall in Baghdad

U.S. forces have started construction on a massive new concrete wall in Iraq to partition off Sadr City, a Shiite neighborhood in Baghdad. The wall is intended to turn the section of Sadr City, near the international Green Zone, into a protected enclave that will allow the Iraqi government to move ahead with reconstructive efforts.
