Pregnant women and new mothers make the most word-of-mouth brand endorsements, according to a report by the Keller Fay Group, along with BabyCenter. Expectant and new moms were found to engage in one-third more word-of-mouth conversations each day versus other women or consumers in general, with two-thirds of their exchanges including brand mentions.
